We are hiring Assemblers for our manufacturing facility that can go to work ASAP!

This is a 1st shift, full time position!

The ideal candidate MUST have:

• Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced and similar work environment
• Strong job tenure
• Strong preference for a work environment that emphasizes teamwork.
• Proficient in reading blueprints or schematics.
• Ability to navigate computer systems effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly or sub-assembly of electronic and electromechanical parts and components.
• Interpret and understand drawings, blueprints, specifications, etc.
• Install, mount, fasten, align, and adjust parts, components, wiring, and harnesses.
• Replace and repair defective or rejected components as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of the assembly process, including progress and any encountered problems.
• Use appropriate hand tools and machines for product assembly.
• Inspect and test assemblies at various production stages to identify errors and take corrective actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
