Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving any quality issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of products at various stages of the production process
- Perform QA/QC tests using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Analyze test results and identify any deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Train employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Document all quality-related activities, including test results, inspections, and corrective actions taken
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
