Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce precision parts and components. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Duties:
- Set up and operate machines according to provided specifications and instructions
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and requirements
- Assemble components or parts using hand tools or other equipment as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet production goals
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with tooling, programming, and operating CNC machines, particularly Fanuc controls
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers for quality control purposes
- Experience with CAM programming is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Machine Operating: 2 years (Required)
• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
