We are actively HIRING for a 3rd shift entry level Machine Operator to join our team in the Cranston, RI area. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Assemble components as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Familiarity reading blueprints
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
