WHAT ARE WE ALL ABOUT AT ELEMENT THREE?

At Element Three, our Purpose is to “foster growth in people and business so they can change the world.” Our niche is “we modernize go-to-market strategies for manufacturers with complex distribution channels.” Our team at Element Three takes this mission seriously and it is manifested in everything we do. We make good brands great. We are accountable for delivering results on our strategies.

What does this mean for you? You will join a team of tenacious, hard-working pros who excel in what they do and lift each other up along the way. Our Core Values run through our veins and we weave them into all aspects of our work. What does this mean to the marketplace? To culture-conscious leaders who are chasing market leadership, Element Three is the marketing consultancy that accelerates business transformation, brand relevance, and performance outcomes.

The Delivery department ensures our clients experience efficient and seamless servicing of their work. As a Senior Project Manager, you are a creative problem solver and leader with significant project management expertise. You are results-oriented and take responsibility for the successful delivery of work on your assigned projects from kickoff to final deliverable. You are a force that helps keep the troops organized and supported. You remain both informed and informative. You are at home in the details and prefer having data to support your actions. You may not know the answer to every question, but you are determined to find it. You keep track of each task, milestone, and project to ensure they maintain progress. You are a champion of process, but flexible in its application. You’re a calculated risk-taker. You resourcefully work through or around anything blocking progress. In short, you seek to foster an environment for teams to deliver excellent work.

AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS:

Draft a Project Plan for a new project.

Facilitate an account-level internal meeting to identify, discuss, and solve issues.

Assemble a timeline for a new project and assign the appropriate milestones and tasks within our project management system.

Confirm that a client deliverable has passed through the appropriate internal QA process before it is shipped to the client.

Monitor team Slack channels and facilitate meetings to maintain clarity for all participants.

Lead a project status client call. You’ll keep everyone on schedule, take note of key updates and potential project roadblocks, and ensure that immediate next steps are identified and assigned.

Navigate a fire on an active project. A key deliverable won’t be completed in time for a campaign launch, and the client needs to be informed of how we’re going to resolve the issue quickly.

Monitor project budgets and expenses and provide forecasted revenue projections to Element Three’s finance team.

THIS JOB MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

You are selfless and like developing people. You are patient, level-headed, and consistent. You are a confident and thoughtful leader. You are collaborative and decisive.

You are organized, prompt, and responsible. You enjoy managing information and keeping everyone on the same page.

You don’t shy away from conflict and you actively seek clarity. You are always willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

You are curious by nature, adaptable, and thoughtful. You focus on solutions, not problems, and never point fingers.

You are an anchor of reality, practical, and encouraging. You are highly collaborative but also work well independently.

You are tenacious, motivated, and driven. You take ownership of your time with us and truly make a difference. You’re eager to take the next step.

You embrace the influence you have over the work. You remain transparent, aware, accountable, and consistent while expecting the same from your teammates.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:

The ability to effectively maintain positive relationships with internal and client stakeholders.

Proven success in identifying actionable, creative solutions to complex problems and managing multiple priorities.

Knowledge of, or desire to learn more about, brand and demand marketing strategies, concepts, and tactics.

Experience creating and delivering client-facing project progress and status reports.

Familiarity with navigating and utilizing project management software.

At least 5 years in a project manager role in a services industry environment. Agency experience is a plus.
