Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

We are looking for someone with proficiency in digital marketing, sales, social media, community outreach, and operations. We are also looking for someone to help with idea generation on getting new leads as well as managing leads through our existing digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all guests

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa facility

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

-Organize events for patients as a way to drive revenue and get new leads

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new services or products as appropriate

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services and products

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team

- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests
