```Job Overview```
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barre Instructor to join our team. As a Barre Instructor, you will be responsible for leading Barre classes and guiding students through various exercises. If you have a strong background in Barre and a desire to help others improve their physical and mental well-being, we would love to hear from you.

```Duties```
- Conducting Barre classes for individuals or groups of all skill levels
- Demonstrating proper techniques and form for each exercise
- Providing modifications and adjustments to accommodate different abilities and limitations
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants
- Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback and encouragement
- Developing and implementing creative and engaging class sequences
- Assisting with the setup and cleanup of the Mind & Body studio

```Qualifications```
- Certified Barre Instructor with a recognized certification program

- CPR/AED
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics related to Barre exercises
- Ability to provide modifications and adjustments for different skill levels and physical abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals

Additional qualifications in Pilates, Yoga, dance, kickboxing, or group fitness are a plus.
