Position Overview: As a Production Supervisor, You’d be the go-to person for making sure our production departments run like a well-oiled machine. Think hitting those targets, keeping quality top-notch, and making sure everyone’s safe and sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leader: Lead our awesome production team and keep them motivated to hit those daily goals. You are the kind of person people want to be around. You earn their trust while holding them accountable. You like to encourage, and you are good example in deescalating conflict. You look for ways to elevate rockstars and balance out workloads.
• Planning Pro: Work with the Production Manager to execute our production schedules and make sure we’re using our resources wisely. You are organized and process oriented.
• Quality Champ: Keep an eye on things to make sure our products are as perfect as can be. If something’s not up to snuff, you’ll be on it in a flash.
• Mentor Extraordinaire: Help our team grow and develop their skills. Identify needs for training and work with the Production Manager to make it into a process that runs smoothly with every hire.
• Keeping Things Tidy: Make sure we’ve got everything we need to keep things running smoothly, from materials to equipment.
• Safety Guru: Keep safety front and center, because nothing’s more important than making sure everyone goes home in one piece.
• Team Player: Work with other departments to make sure we’re all on the same page and moving in the right direction. You conduct regular monthly standup meetings with each department and feed all information back to the Production Manager to initiate action items.

Qualifications:

• You’ve got some years of experience in manufacturing, and maybe even a bit of time leading a production team, either with a title or just with action.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can spot a problem from a mile away.
• If you know a thing or two about lean manufacturing or ERP systems, even better.
• A passion for making things better every day wouldn’t hurt either.
