Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for individuals interested in pursuing a career. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of store operations, customer service, and team management.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations

- Learn and implement effective strategies for driving sales

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, and merchandising

- Learn and execute proper transaction handling procedures

- Participate in employee orientation and training programs

- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and employee performance evaluations

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures

- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations

Requirements:

- Strong passion for customer service and leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic understanding of budgeting and price analysis

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred but not required

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
