Join ETC as a Maintenance Technician to help us deliver technical excellence and outstanding customer service in a team environment, where each member radiates our core values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, innovation, and passion. Our corporate office is located in the Lisle, IL area specifically. This opportunity is for someone to work in the field with the following schedule: Monday through Friday 1pm to 9pm, overtime and on-call - rotating status every 5 weeks. We provide a company vehicle, cell phone and laptop.
Job Summary:
This role provides maintenance and installation support of configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance including but not limited to:
- Linux and Windows-based PC's
- Video cameras, lighting, and controllers for image collection systems
- Radio Frequency System (RFID) readers
- Vehicle Sensors such as Inductive Loops, Treadles, etc.
- Local and Wide Area Network equipment
$28.00 base rate per hour
Experience and Skills:
- GED and 3 years of related experience
- OR Associates Degree with min 1 year of related experience
- OR Military training and job-related experience
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records & criminal background check
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 ft utilizing bucket trucks, ladders or other means
Related experience should include one or more of the following areas:
- Large scale systems
- Electronics fields such as Avionics, Communication
- PC/Server Service
- RFID System Service
- Security and Surveillance System Service
- Must have experience: Use of multi-meter, computer experience
