Full-time position reporting to the Quality Manager. This position is accountable for receiving-in all incoming raw material, customer RMAs, equipment, parts, supplies and all other responsibilities as needed including performing measurement and dimensional analysis as required. Must be able to work independently, shift priorities as needed, and work well with others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help unload incoming material from trucks as needed.
• Check incoming material for damage and complete MRR reports for review.
• Verify part numbers, quantity, package size, unit of measure, etc.
• Match supplier packing slips to ETI/ACH purchase orders.
• Document and segregate rejected material for review and disposition.
• Receive material into ERP system per WI-028 Incoming Inspection.
• Maintain identification and traceability requirements.
• Generate and maintain files for PCBs and fabricated parts.
• Ensure compliance to ISO9001:2015 materials procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Ability to read and interpret documents including supplier pack slips, certificates of conformance, fabrication drawings for custom components, and circuit board prints.

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Background in receiving inspection or visual inspection preferred.
• High school education / tertiary education desired but not required.
• Background with GD&T desired but not required.
• Capability to use measurement tools such as a weigh scale, caliper, pin gauges, etc.
