Description of role:

This is a position who will be responsible for the set-up and operation of plating equipment to electrolytically coat assemblies and components according to specification. This role requires a hands-on, self-motivated person who works well in a fast-paced team environment with limited supervision/direction from manager.

Tasks:

• Electro-plating Assemblies and Components
• Determine parameters for plating, per specifications
• Maintain, Mix and Test Chemical solutions
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Tanks, Pumps, Valves, Electrical plating connections
• Inspect and measure plated product using Microscope, XRF Equipment
• Work within an ISO-9001/2015 environment
• Take on other projects as directed by organizational manager
• Transact daily job functions in ERP and maintenance/calibration systems accordingly
• Perform all work in conformance to Occupational Safety and Health Act

Skills and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work independently on PM using basic hand tools
• Obtain Level 3 Wastewater Treatment Operator License within 1 year of start date.

Work Schedule:

Full time, Monday-Friday, 6:30 to 3:00
