Sales Account Representative in New Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative in New Hampshire to join our Sales team.

As Electronic Merchant Systems continues to grow through New Hampshire, we are looking for sales rockstars to deliver world-class service to merchants. This position is an outside/field sales role with the ability to work anywhere within the 6 New England states in a remote but supported structure.

EMS is 100% dedicated to sculpting your sales craft, expanding product lines and services offerings, and assisting our Account Executives in achieving their financial goals. First Year Account Executives can anticipate an OTE range of $65,000- $90,000 (based on achieving targeted goals with bonuses and commissions included). Exceeding targets may result in a six-figure income (with commissions and bonuses).

The Account Executive Sales role is an exciting opportunity to exceed each merchant’s expectations. This is a True Hunter position with the ability to tackle BTB sales in practically any vertical in this fast-paced market. You will have internal support systems in place to provide follow-up and lead assistance, rate analysis and presentation guidance, closing assistance, installation help, and customer service support. We believe you should believe in the products and services you offer. Period! Thankfully, Electronic Merchant Systems makes it easy.

You will be armed with a full suite of solutions, including: 

· Credit Card Processing

· Mobile Payment Solutions

· Gift and Loyalty Programs

· Web Design

· E-commerce

· 2 different Point of Sale systems

· and more

These solutions give you multiple sales options to best position yourself for each merchant's unique challenges. Once you identify a challenge, you can provide a proven solution and present additional growth opportunities for the merchant.

For this position, you need to be an ethical, honest, competitive, and self-driven sales professional looking to diligently increase our market presence and build your book of business. You should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Full-Time Employment

· An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and additional incentives - First Year Account Executives can anticipate an On Target Earning range of $65,000- $90,000 (based on achieving targeted goals with bonuses and commissions included). Exceeding targets may result in a six-figure income (with commissions and bonuses).

Qualifications

· Ability to invest and grow EMS presence in New Hampshire

· Strong work ethic with the ability to overcome objections and build trust

· Solution selling mentality, providing the best solutions for our merchants

· Ability to develop a plan and execute it on a daily basis to build a pipeline of satisfied merchants

· B2B Sales Experience with excellent communication and networking skills

· Ability to manage time and hold yourself accountable for production and results

· 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred
