Establish relationships with National Multifamily Management customers in the assigned market(s), and multi-family/apartment renovation companies. Negotiate and convert market share within the MRO and Renovation segment. Convert opportunities and leads into Orders/Contracts for execution per Electrolux standards. Drive mix and profitability through RFP and replacement opportunities while executing the built to win strategy. Cross-functional collaboration is critical for success in this role.

Finally, the candidate should have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
