Electrolux Home Products, Inc. is Hiring a DM II, Contract - MRO/Renovations Near Dover, FL

Establish relationships with National Multifamily Management customers in the assigned market(s), and multi-family/apartment renovation companies. Negotiate and convert market share within the MRO and Renovation segment. Convert opportunities and leads into Orders/Contracts for execution per Electrolux standards. Drive mix and profitability through RFP and replacement opportunities while executing the built to win strategy. Cross-functional collaboration is critical for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Segment Industry Expertise
    • Identify and develop relationships with national multifamily managers
    • Drive sales conversions within the Top 50 apartment management companies.
    • Identify client purchasing preferences, tools and platforms needed to serve.
    • Comprehensive understanding of competitive landscape and industry trends
    • Represent company at national industry events and conferences.
  • Sales Management Objectives
    • Establish and maintain sell through on completed new construction projects.
    • Conduct accurate take-offs for qualified sales opportunities.
    • Utilize SAP to create pricing proposals and specification submittals.
    • Report on sales targets and conversion opportunities.
    • Manages compliance through completion and coordinates fully executed documents.
    • Align with AR/Credit on payment terms, payment process, credit line.
    • Align with Risk on insurance/COI terms and certificates.
    • Align with Legal on contract terms/negotiations/amendment adjustments.
    • External communication and negotiation on acceptable contract terms
  • Account Management
    • Account set up creation.
    • Work with CDT and operations team to ensure successful PO confirmation.
    • Manage order reports to ensure pricing and execution integrity.
    • Provide insight to drive accurate forecasting.
    • Collaborate with final mile network to ensure orders are delivered on time.
    • Process damage returns / credits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Working knowledge of the Appliance builder trade and apartment management/renovation companies
  • Multifamily Industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work and collaborate with internal cross functional teams
  • Comfortable working and communicating directly with Apartment Managers and Builders
  • Applicants should possess proven sales and closing skills with competence selling indoor appliances to builder markets.
  • Ideal candidates should have high energy level and exhibit exceptional interpersonal and selling skills.
  • College Degree preferred
  • Extremely proficient in excel and PowerPoint
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

Preferred applicants should be mature and balanced with a verifiable record of high performance and exceptional reliability. Preferred candidates should support product-knowledge learning and intense product interest and commitment. The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as gather and analyze information skillfully. Candidates should possess the ability to clearly communicate in a persuasive manner in both positive and negative situations. Finally, the candidate should have strong presentation and negotiation skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
