Located in Sidney, Ohio, Electro Controls, Inc. is a family owned and operated company who is looking for an Experienced Control Panel Assembler to join our team.

This full time position for the ideal candidate will prepare and build electrical control panels to meet customer specifications performing the following tasks to assemble electronic components. Reads work orders, electrical schematics, and receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed while managing all work flow to meet job due dates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for upholding ownership’s business philosophies and strategies, both internal and external to the company.

· Responsible for following all policies and procedures of the company.

· Ability to build and wire panels from reading electrical schematics with minimal supervision.

· Operate power tools to make cutouts and then be able to mount electrical components on enclosures.

· Complete panel layout and enclosure modifications based on project specifications and requirements.

· Prepare and maintain organized and operable work stations while exercising safe work habits.

· Must be a self-starter and work proficiently and be able to investigate any problems with the ability to develop solutions.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED.

· 5 yrs related electrical experience.

· Highly skilled in using a wide variety of hand/power tools and measuring equipment.

· Ability to read, follow, and comprehend electrical wiring schematics and mechanical layout drawings.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications:

· Familiarity with Electrical Standards, including Mil-Stds, UL, NEC and NFPA

· Experience with ISO 9001-2008

· Good communication skills

· Team player

Physical Requirements:

· Be able to lift over 25lbs.

· Standing

· Bending

· Standard hours are 7:00am- 3:30pm, M-F

· Overtime hours as needed including weekends.
