Electrical Consultants, Inc. is Hiring an Environmental Project Manager Near Madison, WI

Electrical Consultants, Inc., a leading power engineering consultant firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced Environmental Project Manager in ECI's Environmental Services team. ECI specializes in engineering services to electric utilities (substation, protection, transmission) alternative energy systems, communication, oil/gas, mining and heavy industry. The successful candidate will serve as environmental planner on the development of federal, state and local environmental documents, siting studies and feasibility studies. The project manager will also assist with executing the construction planning and permitting for construction projects.

Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in geography, environmental planning, environmental science, engineering or related field; 5-10 years' experience in environmental planning or related experience gained through academic study; excellent communication and organizational skills as well as experience in technical writing is required. Successful applicant is subject to client mandated drug and background checking. Occasional travel/driving required. Successful applicant is subject to ECI's auto insurance carrier requirements. Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status) now or in the future.
