Electrical Assembler (6AM - 2PM)
We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the precise assembly of electrical components.
Position Overview:
  • The ideal candidate will excel in measuring, cutting, stripping, labeling, crimping, and wiring tasks to ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • This role encompasses various responsibilities crucial to the electrical assembly process, emphasizing efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Carefully remove tape and strapping from electrical components.
  • Conduct meticulous inspections of cables to maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Systematically straighten and arrange cables for easy assembly.
  • Utilize zip-ties to secure and route wires and cables effectively.
  • Organize and label cables by L1, L2, L3 before routing through cable ducts.
  • Connect and secure wires to neutral and ground bus terminals.
  • Run wires from control panels and wire breakers, ensuring proper routing through wireways.
  • Prepare wireway covers by labeling them appropriately for subsequent installation.
  • Mount fans, HMI (Human Machine Interface), lights, vents, and label doors according to specifications.
  • Pull and organize wires for Smissline, plugging them into respective breakers.
  • Install LED lights and Current Transformers (CTs).
Requirements:
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in electrical assembly, covering measuring, cutting, stripping, labeling, crimping, and wiring to precise specifications.
  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams and assembly instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of cable management, routing, and terminations.
  • Experience in handling and mounting electrical components such as fans, HMI, lights, and vents.
  • Meticulous work ethic to ensure accurate wiring connections and cable organization.
  • Skills in utilizing tools and equipment required for electrical assembly tasks.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a production line setting.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and implement new assembly techniques and procedures
