Job description
We are hiring apprentice electricians as a full-time position for immediate work in Colorado.
Here at ECI we have a great atmosphere to work in and easy on the job training for those who are ready to learn and apply themselves.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have your own basic set of hand tools.
2. Must have your own vehicle and be committed to arriving to work on time every day.
3. Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.
4. Must be available to work 40 daytime hours per week.
EXPERIENCE:
We offer on-the-job training for novices with the right attitude and encourage those with or without experience to apply.
COMPENSATION:
1. Company offers a competitive wage based on experience and skill.
2. Electrical Apprentices earn between $16-$17 per hour dependent upon experience/education.
3. Overtime is paid at 1½ times your base rate of pay and is available as needed.
4. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance coupled with sick pay and 401K enrollment are part of the benefit package.
5. Financial assistance with education/training to become RW is available.
ADVANCEMENT:
1. Opportunity to earn the hours to qualify for the Residential Wireman's license and become a crew foreman. We promote from within the company.
