EBC is seeking an individual with a sales, marketing and customer service background to work Electric Bike Company Factory Headquarters and Showroom located in Costa Mesa. We will train the right person.

Job Title: Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Provide marketing assistance to Design, IT and Sales departments

-Provide phenomenal sales and customer service by participating in all aspects of showroom sales, customer relations, and direct customers through the entire sales process

-Help manage dealer relationships – provide post-sales communications and service

-Ability to quickly learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge

-Must be professional, courteous, and have the ability to work well with multiple departments

-Manage Live Chats, handle sales and customer service calls, and assist with data entry

-Intake repair services, process repair orders and contact customers for repair pick ups

-Must work well under pressure

-Must have enthusiasm

-Must know Word/Excel/Outlook
