Eldercare at Home is Hiring a PCA/Caregiver Near Brunswick, NC

Calling all nursing students! Eldercare at Home is a growing private pay company hiring multiple CNAs and Caregivers throughout the New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender County areas. Are you a CNA with no experience? New grads welcome!

What we offer our valued in-home Caregivers:

  • Pay rate of $13.50-16.00/hr for PCAs and 15.00-18.00/hr for CNAs!
  • Up to 40 hours a week!
  • Continued Education -We help you grow in your professional career with quarterly classes.
  • Paid free specialized dementia training courses both virtual and in person.
  • Flexible Hours - You tell us what you would like to work (4hr, 8hr, or 12hr shifts and min of 20 hours a week)
  • Referral Bonuses - Earn money by referring great caregivers like yourself
  • Employee appreciation - We maintain a high employee retention rate!
  • Are you in PA or nursing school? You can get direct patient care hours here.
  • Opportunity to interview and begin working in the same week!

Qualifications:

  • CNA certification is a bonus but not required. We can train you!
  • Experience as a caregiver
  • Driver's license and insurance
  • Background checks required

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care
