Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals
• Assist with mobility\ambulation around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incident to your applications manager
• Provide caring companionship and provide meaningful activities, that are essential for daily living, to keep client engaged
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Must have reliable transportation
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical (within the last 12 months) is required
• 2 References required
