JOB DESCRIPTION

Elaya Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (PA’s or NP’s) with treating stroke, dementia and neuropathy patients as well as other neurological needs.

- Ability to make up to $90 per hour -

Responsibilities:

PA or NP will provide direct care to adult patients with dementiaand other types of cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's disease, as well as Peripheral Neuropathy, Neuromuscular Disorders, Seizures and Seizure Disorders, Stroke, Autoimmune Diseases and Neuromuscular Disorders.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School
• 6 Months Work Experience
• Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State
