Elar Adjusters Inc is Hiring an Inventory Specialist Near Tristates, NY

ELAR Adjusters is a dynamic and growing public adjusting firm dedicated to providing top-notch insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist for Claims to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in assessing and documenting damaged items, preparing comparative estimates, and providing essential supporting data during the claims process.

As an Inventory Specialist for Claims, your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting on-site assessments of properties to document and evaluate damaged items.

Creating detailed and accurate comparative estimates for replacement or repair of damaged items.

Compiling supporting data and evidence to substantiate claims.

Collaborating with claims adjusters, policyholders, and external parties to gather necessary information.

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in claims processing.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, ideally in a claims or insurance-related field. ( Prefered, not required )

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and document damaged items accurately.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Proficiency in using relevant software applications and technology.

Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processing procedures is a plus.

Relevant certifications in inventory management or claims processing are advantageous

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
