Elandis is Hiring a Leasing Specialist Near Orlando, FL

We have an immediate opening for a motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist to assist current and prospective residents with all activities related to apartment rentals. We are seeking someone with persuasive marketing and sales skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are professional, outgoing, and friendly. The goal of the position is to provide current residents with a high level of service as well as educate potential residents on the benefits of living at our property and leasing options. To accomplish this goal, the responsibilities of a Leasing Specialist include the rental of vacant apartments, showing apartments, preparing lease packages, renewal of leases, rent collection, answering questions, and completing service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you will quickly identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment. '
  • Provide information on available units.
  • Present available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion, both virtually in person via social distancing.
  • Process applications, credit reports, leases, and renewals.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, e-mail, and through social media.
  • Keeping accurate records of prospective tenant traffic.
  • Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new software. Yardi experience a PLUS!
  • Enthusiastic with strong sales and customer service abilities.
  • Well organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work as a team player and adaptable to change.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Bilingual a PLUS!
  • Reliable and available to work Saturdays if necessary.

Our staff is directed by the Community Manager and will conduct all business in accordance with the company handbook, standard operating procedures, Fair Housing Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, OSHA, and all other laws pertaining to the multifamily industry. They are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff and will assist the Service Manager with coordinating all aspects of maintenance of the community.

As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting new tenants, maintaining positive tenant relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. If you have excellent customer service skills, a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
