Retirement Unlimited is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to join our team at Elance at Tuckahoe- Retirement Community! The comfort and care of our residents is our highest priority.
The Environmental Services Assistant is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and cleanliness of the building and providing RUI residents and staff a safe, healthy, and pleasing environment in which to live and work. Directs, trains and supervises all housekeeping and maintenance staff and oversees contractors as applicable
Qualifications:
- Must possess CFC Certification.
- Must be a high school graduate and possess the ability to speak, read, write and follow written and oral directions.
- Must have a minimum of two-years of experience in maintenance in a commercial residential setting preferably within a hospital or nursing home.
