Qualified candidates will possess significant and recent experience in commercial litigation, including the collection, processing, and production of electronically stored information (ESI). Applicants should be familiar with litigation technology, including e-discovery solutions. The ideal candidate has the ability to show initiative and displays confidence in work product and problem-solving. Superior organizational, time management, and analytical skills are required.
