Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team that loves 2's! As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting social-emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.

Duties:
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs and abilities
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians through effective communication
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning community
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, and social development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
