Job Description:

We are a commercial general contracting company in search of an experienced Construction Project Executive to oversee our expanding portfolio of commercial construction projects. The role involves managing all facets of the construction process, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project management, including the creation and maintenance of project schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation. Strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications:

· Ten (10) years’ industry experience overseeing construction projects of increasing complexity.

· Knowledge of principles and processes for delivering customer and personal services.

· Ability to tactfully communicate difficult/sensitive information.

· Ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, communication, collaboration, and building teamwork.

· A bachelor’s degree or higher in business or construction management.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

· Excellent written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all Area Project Managers, overseeing construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems thereby providing overall comprehensive administrative and tactical direction for construction projects.

· Manage monthly billing for projects.

· Review and approve project submittals.

· Complete purchase orders and procure materials for projects.

· Participate in the fieldwork as needed.

· Inspire leadership development among team members, serving as a mentor and role model.

· Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization.

· Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: budgeting, scheduling and implementing project work as needed.

· Maintain adherence to top-tier quality and customer satisfaction standards.

· Interpret and execute contracts, work plans, addenda, and specifications.

· Negotiate contract revisions, changes, and additions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

· Develop project schedules and track budgets to meet timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
