Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining area. If you have a passion for food service and hospitality, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
- Ensure all dishes are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly
- Refill water glasses and assist servers with customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
- Help with general kitchen duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
