Job Title: Accounting Assistant - Spanish

Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various accounting tasks, including processing financial transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Perform administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Knowledge of accounting software, such as Excel, QuickBooks, etc.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $22.04 - $26.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
