Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the Manager in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in daily on-site tasks and operations
- Supervise staff and provide leadership
- Manage inventory control and ordering
- Implement changes to improve job efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism
- Support recruiting efforts and training of new employees
- Assist in promoting business products

Experience:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous (not a requirement)
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff members
