Job Overview:
As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to tables.

Order Management:

• Enter orders accurately into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.

Upselling and Promotion:

• Suggest appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to enhance the dining experience.
• Promote specials and seasonal menu items.

Table Maintenance:

• Ensure tables are set properly with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Reset tables promptly after guests leave.

Billing and Payment:

• Present bills to guests and process payments accurately.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or customer concerns regarding payments.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Assist colleagues during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff.
• Work collaboratively to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to understand and or speak spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry trays of food and beverages weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and grasping.
