We are seeking a Hospice CNA to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

This is job is a temp to start week of March 4th, 2024

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct care to terminally ill patients in their home
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Bathing patients
• Communicate any changes in patients condition to RN case manager

Qualifications:

• Certified CNA
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to lift minimum of 25lbs.
