Intro:

El Dorado is a new and exciting bar with Oregon Lottery games serving the Gresham community and is ready to welcome team members with excellent customer service, bartending, and lottery experience to attend to our guests. We have all shifts available starting from 9am-2:30am 7 days a week that can accommodate part-time and full-time positions.

Requirements:

-Must be 21 years of age and have valid Food Handlers and OLCC cards

-Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule

-Accurate and efficient cash handling is performed at all times

-Excellent customer service, bartending/food preparation skills

-Complies with all state and federal regulations regarding the sales of Lottery and alcohol products

Duties:

-Taking food and beverage orders for guests and ensures that food and beverage orders are delivered in a timely manner and presentation

-Ensures proper payment for Lottery and food beverage orders by reviewing lottery tickets and guest check before delivering to Guest

-Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the establishment throughout shift and after completion of service

-Following all cash handling procedures and policies

-Responsibly serving alcohol and remaining aware of guest's states of intoxication

-Must be able to meet the shift’s needs of fluctuating business demands

-Performing other duties as assigned including, but not limited to restocking food/beverage and supplies, cleaning counters, shelves, equipment, etc.

Experience:

-Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)

-Lottery: 1 year (Preferred)

-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

-Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
