We are hiring a fine dining experienced full-time Server. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

As the Server, you will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guests’ tables according to restaurant and/or hotel service standards and specifications, courteously and efficiently. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment and provide quality service.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• One year of experience as a casual upscale dining Server or equivalent.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Food Handler Certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate
• Computer training on P.O.S. system, preferably Toast.
• Prior training in guest relations
