El Dorado Furniture was established in South Florida in 1967, El Dorado Furniture has grown to become the largest Hispanic-owned furniture retail enterprise in the United States. With services offered all over the world, the family owned company is ranked among the top 50 furniture retailers in the country. There are currently 14 El Dorado Furniture Showrooms and 3 outlet centers in Florida.

Current Openings: 

Decorators

Responsible for decorating the showrooms. Creating ambiances with the objective of capturing the customer’s eye. Be able to strategically place accessories and other props to create a visual impact (WOW effect!). Also, advise customers in interior design factors such as space planning, recommendation of furniture and accessories.

Porter/Housekeeping

This position is responsible for moving the furniture in the showroom, preparing the merchandise and maintenance of the showroom. Maintenance includes but is not limited to assisting with cleaning and organizing the showroom including the prices and tune ups of the displays.

Housekeeping

Responsible for the cleaning, organization and maintenance of the showroom including prices and tune-up of the assigned areas.

Customer Care Associates

Provide our customers a personalized service in a timely and efficient manner from the initial onset of the customer issue to the solution while having full ownership of the situation. Treat our customers courteously and professionally following the guidelines provided in our Customer Care Script. Be a good listener. Be capable to take the time to identify the customer needs by asking the right questions to achieve the best solution based on our procedures manual.

Showroom Sales Support Associate (Receptionist) 

Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, with eye contact and a pleasant smile. Answer all incoming calls. Listen well to identify customer needs and ask relevant questions to direct them to the appropriate staff member or department in a timely and efficient manner. Support leadership team and sales associates by way of clerical tasks.

Sales Associates

The main role of this position is to welcome customers with a warm and genuine smile, discover their needs, demonstrate our products, convert sales orders and follow up with every El Dorado customer. In addition, Sales Associates are responsible for providing Five Star Service excellence during the interaction with internal and external customers prior, during and after sales transactions. Sales Associates are expected to maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, free from debris and to follow implemented safety standards.
