RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Procurement Clerk assists the Accounting Manager or Designee in accomplishing the financial management activities of El Centro Family Health. The Procurement Clerk is responsible for the purchasing activity and invoice processing to include supply inventory management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of two years' experience in financial management or bookkeeping; minimum of one year experience with
Automated financial systems, preferred.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate's degree in accounting, business, or other related field desirable. A combination of education and
Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Experience: Preferably in purchasing and/or accounts payable.
Bi-lingual: Spanish/English
