El Castillo / La Secoya locations in downtown Santa Fe - You will work at both locations as staffing needs dictate. Both locations in in the downtown Santa Fe area.

• We are hiring immediately for Servers - Part-time
• Schedule: Full-Time - 11: am - 7:30 Weekdays / Weekends required.
• Schedule: Part-Time - 3 pm - 8 pm with some weekends as needed.
• Requirement: No experience required, will train! Prefer prior Food Industry experience.

This is a Part-time position at El Castillo / La Secoya. The primary location will be right near downtown Santa Fe, NM at 250 Alameda Drive and / or 401 Old Taos Highway, 87501.

Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving food and beverages.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
• Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Out by 8 pm most nights!!!
