Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery, ensuring precise configurations and adjustments.
- Monitor machines during operation, diligently checking for irregularities, malfunctions, or deviations from standards.
- Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products to ensure they adhere to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and rectify minor machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Interpret and accurately follow blueprints to ensure products are manufactured to exact specifications.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
- Attendance is a critical function
- Previous experience in cable manufacturing or electrical work is highly desirable.
- A strong ability to pay great attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work harmoniously in a team-oriented environment.
- A stable work history demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
- Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and reading blueprints is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
