We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled CNC Horizontal Turning Center Operator with expertise in Fanuc controls, blueprint interpretation, program editing, and proficiency in using verniers, calipers, and micrometers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate CNC Horizontal turning machines equipped with Fanuc controls.
• Set up and load materials into the machine.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Perform program edits to meet specific job requirements.
• Utilize precision measurement tools, including verniers, calipers, and micrometers, for quality control.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Attendance is a critical function

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turning Center Operator.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Ability to make program edits for job customization.
• Experience with precision measurement tools, such as verniers, calipers, and micrometers.
• Dedication to producing high-quality, precise components.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

HOURS: 6:30AM-4PM Monday - Friday!
