We are currently seeking a Civil Senior Project Engineer with 8 years of experience and a strong passion for designing site and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices to support and manage multiple projects with complex features.

- Lead and/or support the design and management of site and infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Apply engineering principles to develop innovative solutions for site design, grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Conduct field reconnaissance and site assessments to gather relevant data for project planning and design.
- Incorporate sustainable and green infrastructure practices into project designs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project specifications, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide construction administration support, including site visits, contractor coordination, and quality assurance.
- Manage client relationships and effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Participate in proposal development and business development activities to secure new project opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Encourage and promote LEED Accreditation and sustainable practices within project designs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site and infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling software.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in proposal development, client management, and business development.
- LEED Accreditation or experience with environmental sustainability initiatives is a plus.
