Job Responsibilities

• Support internal Tyson Foods Employees and IT Staff for any technical issues on MDM.
• Deploy new instances of MDM software such as Workspace ONE Airwatch and InTune.
• Administer MDM software to ensure configurations are appropriate to Tyson requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with MDM software and how mobile devices interact with it.
• Configure and deploy supporting solutions such as security apps and platforms
• Provide necessary technical documentation, occasionally creating it if needed
• Maintain a high level of expertise in mobile technology platforms and emerging solutions
• Serve as technical liaison to vendors for products and user support issues.

Desired Skillset

• Experience with enterprise mobility platforms such as AirWatch, InTune, Workspace ONE with MDM or EMM certifications such as VCP desired.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT systems such as Active Directory and network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPN, and WiFi, as well as experience integrating MDM platforms into these technologies.
• Good understanding of mobile security strategies and products.
• Experience with Apple iOS, Google Android, and Windows Mobile/CE Operating Systems
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to build strong rapport with users at all levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer retention skills
• Experience with Service Now is a plus
• IT management certifications such as ITIL a plus.

Work Experience – 5 Years

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
