We are seeking a Creative Strategist Team Lead with a proven track record in producing high-converting videos for paid social media and managing a creative team. This pivotal role involves leading video production (pre-production, production, post production) across our diverse portfolio of three e-commerce brands, ensuring each project resonates with its target audience while being executed on time. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute video production strategies tailored for social media platforms and YouTube, focusing on driving user engagement and conversion.
• Lead and manage video production for multiple brand projects, ensuring consistency in quality and completing them before deadlines 
• Assist in shotlisting to make sure the creative projects hit performance goals of engagement and conversion
• Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to align video content with marketing campaigns and goals.
• Oversee production budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising creative quality.
• Train team members across videography, post production and photography to make assets that will be successful across the marketing campaigns
• Work with project managers to set and hit deadlines across the department
• Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
