Goal of the Working Position:Manage and control the financial operation of the company based on the financial and accounting policies of the company. Implement monitoring and measuring processes to ensure achievement of plant goals and objectives. Maintain transparency of the financial situation. Optimize financial savings using all current legal and financial possibilities.

Most important task and responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial statements of the Company
  • Supervision and control of the fiscal situation of the Company
  • Responsible for month end close including / month end accruals
  • Identify and analyze the variances between the budget/forecast and actual results
  • Monitor working capital cash flow throughout the month to assure delivery of forecast
  • Determine and ensure the follow-up on raw materials and monitor actual margin on goods sold
  • Identify and analyze the variances between the budget/forecast and actual results
  • Support quoting and other commercial activities and analysis as required
  • Implementation of internal controls to ensure the safety and protection of the property and interests of the company.
  • Support internal and external Audits
  • Drive KPI achievement
  • Develop plant budget
  • Strong support to Plant Director
  • Management and development of plant accounting staff
  • Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
Requirements Professional:
  • College degree in Accounting or Finance. Graduate degree in Finance desirable
  • Min. 5 years of experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • SAP experience or other ERP system preferred
  • Plant Automotive Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and/or Forecasting experience
  • Experience working in other functions in a manufacturing environment (supply chain, marketing, engineering, etc)
  • Experience with internal and external audits
  • Team management experience and a strong sense of teamwork
