We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to join a collaborative, well-rounded marketing team and grow our full-service professional services practice. What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and programming for our Advisory practice group that are consistent with the firm's brand, positioning, and overall growth goals.

  • Creating content and marketing copy (blogs, invites, announcements, collateral, etc.) for our Advisory practice group.

  • Overseeing and managing marketing related activities, events, and related budget for our Advisory service line.

  • Monitoring lead tracking and ROI on all marketing activities. Experience with analyzing data to uncover actionable insights.

  • Interfacing with and directing marketing vendors on various marketing events, campaigns, and/or components.

  • Creating and implementing PR, branding, and lead generation activities such as in-person and virtual events/webinars.

  • Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans for our Advisory service line.

  • Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Effective communication - Strong effective communicator both written and verbal.

  • Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience both externally and internally.

  • Critical thinking -Using strategy, logic, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

  • Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.

  • Developing and Building Teams - Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

  • Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others - Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.

  • Designing and software - possess excellent software skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and a familiarity with design programs would be a plus.

  • 7 years of progressively more responsible positions in marketing, preferably in a similar industry or a professional services firm.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Preferred candidates also have knowledge in the following areas:

  • Sales and Marketing - Experience in showcasing, promoting, and selling industry or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and customer relationship management systems.

  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing professional services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

  • IoT - Deep experience in the internet conducting research and analysis as well as social media strategy that are significant in company outreach.
