What you'll be doing:

• Assist with process documentation and improvement in ERP and billing area
• Document personas and map distribution lists and groups
• Work closely with our team to create documentations, process gaps, technology challenges and produce new approaches to redesign applications based on the latest technology options preferably using Microsoft tools and technologies with mobile first strategy.
• Assist with redesign and improvement of EisnerAmper Hub and Client Portal applications.

We're looking for someone who has:
EisnerAmper is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP/IT Analyst Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of computer systems, process, and data analysis, as well as a passion for technology and a desire to learn. This role will work closely with our Global Service Desk team leaders and support various IT projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
We are currently looking for summer internship professionals to join us for Summer 2024. This is a full-time internship with a start date in June.
Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
