Provide analysis on the productivity and profitability of the service offers. Anticipate and build agendas and talking points for key internal meetings Set up regular routines to provide updates on OKRs / KPIs to CEO and Board of Directors Assist with identification of need, tracking of recruitment process and onboarding of executive key strategic hires Attend meetings with the Vice Chair of Services, compile key takeaways / actions and ensure follow-up by taking action or ensuring Vice Chair of Services completes required actions. Serve as a liaison to the Partners and other colleagues, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications Basic Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field 3 years in a business or consulting role About EisnerAmper: EisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with nearly 4,000 employees and more than 350 partners across the world.
