Job Summary
The Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing, will oversee and lead and support activities related to the outsourcing of clinical services to Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and functional service providers for Eisai's R&D functions. This role will ensure compliance with key processes and manage the outsourcing team. The ideal individual will be able to work independently as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional groups to ensure the most optimal solutions are achieved in alignment with global strategies.

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The base salary range for the Associate Director, Clinical Outsourcing is from :157,200-206,300Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
