Einstein Tutoring is Hiring a Special Education Paraprofessional Near Marblehead, MA

ob Overview:

Einstein Tutoring LLC is seeking dedicated Special Education Tutors to join our team in Marblehead. The ideal candidates will provide educational support and guidance to students with special needs, contributing to their academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of lesson plans and activities tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide one-on-one tutoring assistance to students with disabilities in various subjects.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to effectively address student needs.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure student success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students, particularly those with special needs, in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and techniques.
  • Familiarity with literacy education strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus.
  • Passion for educating and empowering students with diverse learning needs.
  • Certification as a paraprofessional or willingness to obtain certification.
