We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. *Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist with cleaning tables and keeping the restaurant clean
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
-Drive thru duties with taking orders and cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
*Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and non-major holidays
